For years, the unrest in Kashmir has been a serious setback for local businesses to grow and 2020 being ever challenging was a plus.
While whole world was facing the huge calamity in the form of
Corona Pandemic, we as a team decided to uplift and reach out to
our people who wouldn’t want to step out of their homes and whose search engines would desperately search for the local courier services or parcel delivery options in their respective city.
Taking it as a 2020 challenge, we operated from a conflict zone, in order to provide the fastest delivery to our people through the on-field courageous efforts from delivery boys that involved health risk and the action-oriented technical process via mobile applications that involved challenges because of internet issues.
In the onset of the pandemic, we geared up our whole team, to support the cause of good health and well-being by delivering the essentials at the doorsteps that varied from COVID essentials like PPE kits and medicines to food and groceries, thereby serving the purpose for local medical businesses.
We made our next move by targeting the local farmers whose farms and orchids had yielded them a good produce but delivering it to the markets wasn’t possible. We arranged pick up and delivery service for them and started delivering the local products like fruits and vegetables directly from their farms to the local population. For one of our vendor, we reached the significant milestone by successfully delivering 5 ton of apples in a week and that kept rising for months.
Followed by the lockdown relaxations, when our local businesses varying from Instagram shops to retail businesses, wanted to operate from their homes to overcome crisis; we supported them to revive their business by bridging them to the consumers for the local economic growth, getting the parcel pick-ups and deliveries as fast and professional as possible.
